High Temperature Resistant Ladle Transfer Carts for Steel Melting Plants

In Anhui's smelting and casting industry, efficient and safe material transportation is crucial for smooth production. A foundry faced challenges in transporting molten steel during production, as traditional methods were inefficient and posed safety risks. To address this issue, the plant's procurement team collaborated with our team to introduce a customized High-Temperature Resistant Ladle Transfer Cart, significantly improving production efficiency.

   

The plant uses ladles with diameters of up to 1700mm, which carry molten steel at extremely high temperatures, placing stringent demands on transportation equipment. Our custom-designed transfer cart, measuring 4000×2000×650mm, accounts for the ladle's size and high-temperature characteristics. Its specially designed platform securely supports ladles up to 1700mm in diameter, ensuring stability during transport.

The transfer cart excels in high-temperature resistance. Featuring a multi-layer thermal insulation design and high-quality insulation materials, it effectively blocks the ladle's heat radiation, protecting the structure and electrical components. Even under prolonged high temperatures, the transfer cart maintains stable operation.

The cart's powertrain is equipped with a low-speed, high-torque drive motor, enabling it to handle heavy loads effortlessly while ensuring smooth starts and stops. This prevents molten steel from splashing due to sudden movements, significantly enhancing safety. Additionally, the industrial transfer cart can be operated via wireless remote control, allowing operators to control it from a safe distance, eliminating the risk of burns.

Since implementing this Heat Resistant Transfer Cart, the plant's production efficiency has improved significantly. Molten steel transport time has been greatly reduced, with transfer efficiency from the melting furnace to the casting station increasing by over 30%. This reduces waiting time for molten steel, minimizes temperature loss, and ensures high-quality steel output.
