This customer is a square tube manufacturing company that needs to transport square tubes across different areas within their workshop. Traditional manual handling is inefficient, labor-intensive, and prone to problems such as swaying and collisions of the square tubes during transport. The customer sought handling equipment that could carry heavy materials and operate effectively in the narrow workshop space.

Solution

We provided the customer with a 30-ton heavy-duty transfer trolley, custom-designed with dimensions suitable for square tube transport: 6000×2500×750mm. The trolley features a slender design that perfectly matches the length and specifications of the square tubes, ensuring stable placement during transport and reducing handling risks.

The trolley is equipped with a hydraulic steering system, which, although slightly less flexible than differential steering, provides greater stability when carrying heavy loads. This allows for smooth cross-area transport within the workshop, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

To further ensure the stability of the transported materials, the customer can add jigs or sleepers to the platform as needed to secure the square tubes. This effectively prevents material sliding or collisions during transport and enhances operational safety.
