12 Ton Industrial Electric Flat Car For Paint Room

In the paint shop of an automobile manufacturing customer in Zhejiang, the customer has long faced inefficiency in painting related accessories. Due to the unique environment, conventional transfer carts cannot meet long-term operational requirements and are prone to corrosion. After extensive communication with the customer and understanding their actual environment, our company recommended a rail series product with a rated load of 12 tons to improve the efficiency of their paint room.

The cart measures 3500×2000×500 mm and uses a stable low-voltage rail power supply to meet the customer's operational needs. Since this electric flat car primarily works in conjunction with the customer's paint spraying device, we added two tooling racks on the platform to facilitate the installation of the spraying device. This allows the device to spray paint on related accessories as the transfer cart moves.

Given the unique environment, our product features explosion-proof motors and electrical components to prevent electric sparks from igniting flammable gases, ensuring safe operation in high-risk areas like paint shops. Additionally, the surface of the industrial transfer cart has been treated with anti-corrosion spray, and key components are made of stainless steel to resist the erosion of paint, solvents, and other chemicals, extending its service life.

After over a year of use, the customer has provided positive feedback. This cart not only solves the heavy transportation challenges in their workshop but also demonstrates excellent corrosion resistance in the paint environment. Its explosion-proof design effectively prevents safety accidents during transportation, ensuring uninterrupted production.
