Flexible Transfer Cart for Efficient Stone Material Handling

The case study we're discussing today is from a project we completed in April. Our 30t Flexible Transfer Cart was used in the workshop of a stone industry client in Romania to transport materials such as tiles and granite.

The client contacted us through our website. Due to the unique characteristics of the materials being transported—various types of stone, which are prone to damage—traditional manual handling methods posed a risk of both material damage and personal injury. The client’s workshop already had a crane and was seeking a suitable industrial transfer cartto complement it.

After close communication with the client, we determined that, since their material transportation routes are not fixed, our popular DWP series product, the Trackless Transfer Cart would be ideal for efficient stone handling.

This product is powered by a high-capacity 300Ah 48V battery pack. This maintenance-free battery requires no additional battery fluid or distilled water beyond regular charging, significantly simplifying the client's ongoing maintenance. It also meets their range requirement of 5–6 km on a full charge.

As shown in the image, the countertop of our Material Transfer Cart is equipped with a material-specific fixture. This secures the material during transport, preventing slipping and ensuring the safety of both personnel and goods.
