In this project, the hydraulic lifting platform transfer carts we supplied have been operating stably in both the customer’s warehouse and manufacturing workshop, efficiently handling bundled square tubes and various raw materials.

This project began in mid-September, and the customer ultimately purchased two lifting transfer carts During the initial discussions, the customer clearly stated that the equipment must be equipped with a lifting function, with a lifting stroke of approximately 300 mm. Based on this actual working condition, we recommended a hydraulic lifting solution. 

Compared with other lifting methods, the hydraulic system offers better load stability and smoother operation, making it more suitable for long-term, high-frequency use.

Regarding the platform tooling configuration, the customer chose to fabricate and weld the tooling brackets themselves according to their on-site conditions. When transporting bundles of square tubes, the materials can be placed on the platform in advance, effectively preventing slippage or damage caused by vibration during transportation. 

At the same time, the non-fixed tooling structure provides greater flexibility, as it can be easily removed when transporting other types of workpieces, improving the overall versatility of the equipment.

It is also worth mentioning that, due to the limited width of the customer’s workshop aisles, a differential steering system was adopted during the design stage. This allows the Hydraulic Lift Transfer Cart to achieve flexible steering and 360-degree in-place rotation, enabling smooth operation even in narrow spaces and significantly improving workshop space utilization and handling efficiency.

In terms of safety, the lifting transfer cart is equipped with an automatic stop function when pedestrians are detected, as well as an audible and visual alarm system. When a person or obstacle enters the safety zone, the equipment will automatically stop, providing reliable protection for on-site operations.

The entire cart is operated via wireless remote control, allowing easy execution of forward, backward, steering, and lifting movements. The operation is intuitive and easy to learn, effectively reducing operator training costs.
