150T Heavy Duty Rail Transfer Cart Delivery

The image below showcases a high-tonnage special project we recently delivered: a high-temperature-resistant 150T rail transfer cart customized for our customers in the steel casting industry. It is primarily used to transport high-temperature molten steel, ladles, and castings within the customer's workshop.

To accommodate the challenges of transporting high-temperature materials and the actual working environment, we customized this product in several key ways. First, we applied high-temperature sealing protection to all electrical components and used professional high-temperature-resistant explosion-proof motors. Additionally, we installed explosion-proof piping throughout the circuit system to enhance safety. For the cart's platform, we layered high-temperature-resistant materials for heat insulation. These modifications ensure the transfer cart is optimally suited for its operational conditions.

The rail-based design was chosen because the transportation route is relatively fixed and requires substantial load-bearing capacity. The rail transfer cart features high-quality cast steel wheels that fit precisely with the customer's onsite rails. This ensures maximum stability when transporting high-temperature molten steel ladles and other materials, minimizing potential safety risks.

Given the sensitivity of the materials being transported, operators can control the Heavy Duty Transfer Cart from a safe distance of up to 50 meters, avoiding hazards such as molten steel splashing. The cart incorporates a low-center-of-gravity anti-rollover design to guarantee stability during transport, along with safety mechanisms like overload protection, emergency braking, and sound-and-light alarms to ensure safe operation.
