Self-Propelled Transfer Carts for Marble and Granite Transport in Workshops

Following the purchase of a 30-ton trackless transfer cartby a Brazilian client in August for transporting stone materials within their workshop, the 20-ton cart featuring a bracketed platform, ordered by the same client in November, has now been in operation for some time and has demonstrated stable performance in actual use.

This 20-ton transfer unit primarily operates in conjunction with the previously purchased equipment, performing transport tasks in different areas. Specifically, the 30-ton cart is mainly used to transport marble materials in the storage area, while the 20-ton cart handles cross-area transport between workshop processing zones, moving materials such as granite. By operating in separate areas, these two units have effectively improved the workshop’s overall transport efficiency and further optimized the production workflow.

In terms of design, the Self-Propelled transfer cart adopts a differential steering system and is equipped with a balancing beam structure. This enables the cart to automatically adjust the height on both sides when traveling over uneven ground, keeping the cart level and effectively reducing the risk of material slippage or cart rollover caused by surface irregularities.

In addition, the unit can steer flexibly within the client's limited workshop aisles, supporting 360-degree turning with an extremely small turning radius, which significantly enhances its maneuverability in confined spaces.

In terms of safety performance, the equipment features a low-center-of-gravity design and is equipped with multiple safety protection systems. These include emergency braking, overload protection, audible and visual alarms, and an infrared sensor that automatically stops the vehicle when a person is detected, further enhancing operational safety. In addition, operators can control functions such as forward and reverse movement, start, and stop via a remote control from a distance of up to 50 meters, greatly simplifying operation and improving convenience.
