Four Wheel Steering Transfer Cart for Dutch Engineering Projects

This Four-Wheel Steering Transfer Cart was custom-built for a Dutch engineering client specializing in customized LED solutions. For this project, the client will be adding a tooling rack to the transfer cart's surface to display their LED equipment on-site, and specifically requested flexible steering capabilities.

This custom-built transfer cart has a 5-ton load capacity and a surface measuring 3500 x 1500 x 700 mm. Powered by a 150Ah torch battery, it offers a range of 4–5 kilometers. Unlike conventional trackless electric transfer carts, this model features two hydraulic drive systems for four-wheel steering, enabling greater maneuverability. Its turning radius is significantly smaller than that of a two-wheel steering system within the same space.

Due to the client's specific requirements, we equipped it with large-diameter φ450 rubber tread tires for better ground clearance. Compared to our standard solid polyurethane wheels, this model easily handles uneven surfaces and demonstrates superior handling performance. Customers can easily control forward and reverse movement, two-wheel steering, four-wheel steering, starting, and stopping with our wireless remote control, making operation simple and effortless.
