The unit pictured here is a custom-built, 30-ton capacity differential-drive transfer cart that we designed for a mold casting enterprise in Shanghai. Its primary function is to transport heavy workpieces—such as large molds—across different operational zones within the facility.

In the client's actual workflow, this cart works in tandem with existing overhead cranes in the workshop; the cranes are responsible for lowering the workpieces onto the cart's platform, after which our equipment takes over to transport the load to its designated destination in a different area. As evident from the image, the flooring in the client's workshop is in excellent condition. Consequently, for the wheel configuration, we selected a wear-resistant polyurethane material. This choice ensures superior traction, effectively guaranteeing operational stability and extending the overall service life of the equipment.

In terms of operation, users can control the transfer trolley—including forward and reverse movement, turning, and in-place rotation—via a wireless remote control. The overall operation is straightforward and intuitive, requiring no additional specialized training for personnel to begin using the equipment immediately.
