20-Ton Rubber-Wheeled Transfer Trolley Transporting Steel Structures

The video above shows footage from one of our clients, demonstrating our Wheeled Transfer Trolley moving steel structural workpieces around their workshop.One standout feature of this cart is its large-diameter solid rubber wheels, specially designed to handle uneven floors. The client’s facility has floors with slopes and even sections with steel rails. If we had used polyurethane wheels, they would have worn out quickly and shortened the cart’s service life. That’s why we chose rubber wheels—to handle these conditions reliably.

For power, the trolley comes with a high-capacity 250Ah battery to keep it running longer. Since the transport paths aren’t fixed, we avoided a cable-powered system, which also removes any risk of cables getting tangled.

Whether it’s moving heavy steel structures or plates, the trackless transfer cart can be fitted with different fixtures and racks on its platform to keep everything secure during transport.
