20-Ton Heavy-Duty Transfer Cart for Transporting Metal Inverters

This project was completed for one of our clients in Argentina, a large inverter manufacturer with a diverse business portfolio. They contacted our sales team seeking a heavy-duty transfer cart to move large metal inverters within their workshop.

Previously, the company used a combination of cranes and manually pushed carts for transportation. This method was inefficient and could not keep up with the demands of their expanding business. After conducting market research, they determined that our transfer cart would be more efficient and capable of flexible, cross-zone transportation.

After assessing the customer's workshop floor conditions—which included some uneven surfaces with dents and existing rails—we equipped the trackless  transfer cart with conventional polyurethane wheels. The key specifications are as follows:

Upon the transfer cart's arrival at the customer's workshop, we immediately contacted them to provide timely operational guidance and prevent any potential issues. After four months of use, the customer reported an approximately 42% increase in transportation efficiency for their large metal inverters. This has significantly reduced labor costs and provided a robust transportation solution for their operations.
