5 Steel Pipe Transfer Carts Delivered

Recently, we successfully delivered five customized transfer carts to a customer in Mexico. This batch of equipment will be used for cross-regional transportation of steel pipe bundles in the customer's workshop. Since the customer's plant is relatively large, they purchased five units to ensure efficient material handling. Each of these carts has a load capacity of 5 tons and a table size of 3500×2000×550 mm.

Given the unique nature of the materials being transported, using an ordinary flat table would risk the steel pipe bundles rolling or sliding during transit. To address this, we specially designed the table of these transfer carts—equipping each side with three support frames to securely hold the steel pipes in place, ensuring the safety of both materials and personnel.

Our trackless transfer carts are free from the limitations of traditional rail-bound systems, allowing flexible route changes to meet transportation needs in various scenarios. Additionally, each cart is equipped with a high-quality 48V 100Ah battery pack, providing 4–5 hours of operation on a full charge. This meets the customer’s actual operational demands, which involve 20 trips per day at 15 minutes each.

This successful delivery was made possible by the customer's support and trust. More importantly, it marks an expansion of our presence in the Mexican market. We expect these Steel Pipe Transfer Carts to demonstrate excellent performance at the customer's site. Let's look forward to their feedback!
