Rail Transfer Cart For Transporting Precast Concrete

A Canadian company that manufactures indoor and outdoor architectural models contacted our team through our website. They primarily use Rail Transfer Carts to transport precast concrete materials. The main application involves moving the materials from the mold loading/unloading area to the curing room, where they undergo 24 hours of curing. The next day, after curing is complete, the cart transports the materials out of the curing room and back to the loading area for reuse.

Ordinary material transfer carts struggle to withstand such an environment for extended periods. To address this, we customized the cart with sealed and rust-proof motor and electrical components. The electrical box is constructed from thickened, rust-resistant steel plate, providing excellent waterproof and moisture-proof performance. Additionally, to ensure full compatibility with the working conditions, we applied IP54-rated waterproof protection to all accessories, enabling smooth and reliable transfer operations.

Conventional lead-acid batteries require regular refilling of battery fluid, so we opted for advanced maintenance-free batteries as the power source. These batteries eliminate the need for frequent maintenance, reducing overall upkeep costs while extending the service life of the transfer cart.

The product has already been delivered to the customer's workshop.
