15t Trackless Flat Cart Facilitates Steel Handling in Workshop

Recently, we received a project feedback video from a client. The client efficiently handled steel both inside and outside the workshop using our 15-ton trackless flat cart, significantly optimizing their production process.

Previously, the client used rail-mounted transport carts with fixed routes, which were difficult to adapt to the varied paths encountered in actual workshop operations. To improve flexibility, they chose our cart for collaborative operation

The video shows operators working closely with the trackless flat cart, using a top-mounted lifting mechanism to safely lift materials such as steel plates onto the cart.

With wireless remote control, the cart can move freely forward and backward, enabling precise transportation.

The transport routes are flexible, covering both inside and outside the workshop, including necessary rail sections. Therefore, we equipped the vehicle with high-quality rubber tread tires to increase contact with the ground, ensuring smooth and efficient passage.

After a period of use, the client reported that the equipment is stable and reliable, significantly improving the efficiency of steel handling in the workshop and providing strong support for production process optimization.
