10 Ton Transfer Cart For Transporting Prefabricated Steel Structures

This 10-ton rail transfer cart is used in the workshop of a customer in Shanxi Province. It is primarily designed for transporting prefabricated steel structure materials for the expansion of the customer's workshop. Since the route is relatively fixed and requires strict stability, rail-based products were chosen to provide a strong safety guarantee for material transportation.

To enable direction changes and track switching, turntables are used to flexibly adjust the rail route, ensuring reliable transportation. The cart is equipped with 300mm-diameter cast steel wheels, which precisely fit the tracks to maintain efficient operation even under full load. This industrial transfer cart features a powerful drive system and an advanced controller, delivering excellent performance for smooth operation.

To meet the customer's requirements, we customized the cart's tabletop. Due to the variety of steel structure materials being transported, a baffle is installed on one side of the tabletop to secure the materials. For safety, the transfer cartis equipped with anti-collision buffer columns and infrared sensors at the front and rear. When pedestrians or obstacles are detected beyond the safety range, the cart automatically stops and only resumes operation once the obstruction is cleared.
