Customer Background and Challenges

A customer in Zhejiang needed to transport tanks approximately 1.7 m high within their workshop, but the workshop aisle height was only about 2.5 m. Previously, they relied on manual carts for transportation, which was labor-intensive and inefficient, resulting in low handling efficiency and operational difficulties. Based on the customer's requirements, we recommended a customized 25t trackless transfer platform:

Low-profile design: The platform height is controlled at 650 mm, leaving approximately 15 cm of clearance when passing through aisles, easily accommodating the workshop’s height restrictions.

Flexible trackless operation: The trackless design allows free movement within the workshop layout, providing more flexible transportation routes without the need for fixed tracks.
