Durable Transfer Cart for Efficient Square Tube Handling

At a major steel production facility in Zhejiang, a key customer faced ongoing challenges in achieving efficient and safe handling of square tubes. By integrating our Durable Transfer Cart with their existing cranes, the customer has significantly improved cross-zone material transfer efficiency.

Previously, disjointed equipment coordination and fragmented transport processes often led to operational inefficiencies. These issues have now been effectively resolved.

The customer's overhead crane precisely lifts stacked square tubes and places them securely onto the loading platform of our trackless transfer cart. The cart then smoothly transports the materials between workshops, storage areas, and processing zones, ensuring seamless end-to-end operation.

Equipped with a high-capacity 250Ah Torch battery, the transfer cart easily meets the daily operational demand of 4 km, enabling full-day runtime without frequent recharging. 

On the safety front, audible and visual alarms at both ends provide continuous alerts during operation. A linear scanning radar monitors the cart's surroundings in real time, effectively preventing collisions. The anti-slip matting on the platform increases friction, keeping square tube bundles firmly in place during transit and ensuring complete safety for both materials and personnel.
