Battery-Powered Hydraulic Lifting 30-Ton Mold Transfer Cart

The pictures show one of our recent projects: a mold transport solution for a client in Peru. This 30-ton hydraulic lift transfer cart is designed to efficiently transport molds to the press within the client's workshop.

Since the cart primarily docks with a 1.5-meter press platform and our cart has a maximum height of 1.2 meters, we incorporated a hydraulic lifting system. This system raises and lowers the platform by 30 centimeters to ensure seamless docking with the press work surface.

The cart measures 5000 x 2500 x 1200 mm and is powered by high-quality battery packs from the renowned Torch brand. This ensures sufficient battery life to accommodate frequent transport cycles.

Our battery-powered transfer cart features hydraulic steering, which offers greater stability than differential steering and ensures smooth operation, even when fully loaded. It operates similarly to a conventional car; in limited spaces requiring a large turning radius, the operator can steer by making multi-point turns or U-turns.

For safety, the cart is equipped with overload protection, an emergency stop button, audible and visual alarms, and fan-scanning radar. Furthermore, the included wireless remote control has a dedicated emergency stop function to address any potential issues, ensuring the safety of both personnel and equipment.
