15 Ton Electric Transfer Cart for Transporting Molds

This 15-ton Mold Transfer Cartis used in the front-line workshop of a mold processing industry customer in Tianjin. It is primarily designed for cross-regional transfer of molds and other materials between different production stages. Since the transportation route requires flexibility, we opted for a trackless design, which allows for greater maneuverability, including smoother steering.

The molds in the customer's workshop are typically large, weighing between 12-13 tons. Manually transporting such heavy workpieces would be highly inefficient and impractical for meeting the industry's production demands. Our transfer cart has a payload capacity of 15 tons and a table size of 2500 × 2000 × 650 mm. Equipped with a high-capacity battery for reliable power supply, it meets the customer's operational needs for 4-6 hours of continuous use.

The customer's workshop has an asphalt floor, so we fitted the cart with wear-resistant, high-grip polyurethane wheels. This not only improves handling efficiency but also extends the service life of the trackless transfer cart. Given the precision nature of the molds being transported, we added a non-slip rubber mat to the table to prevent slippage and protect the materials, ensuring safe transportation within the workshop.

After over a year of use, the customer recently informed us of their intention to repurchase—this time a 20-ton trackless Electric Transfer Cart for material handling in another factory We are currently finalizing the contract.
