Electric Transfer Trolley for Fragile Glass Handling

This is our customer in Hunan, who primarily deals with large commercial glass. Through initial communication, we learned that the reason for considering replacing their handling equipment was mainly due to an employee being injured in March this year. After the accident, the customer decided to switch from traditional manual handling to modern handling tools, hoping to improve efficiency and reduce the risk of injuries.

We recommended our most popular trackless series Electric Transfer Trolleyto the customer. The trolley is powered by a large-capacity battery pack, offering a full-load runtime of 4–5 hours and a cruising range of 5–6 km. The operator can move the trolley forward, backward, or turn within a safe range of 50 meters. Additionally, it features onboard handles for operation, allowing flexible use depending on actual needs.

To securely transport fragile glass, we installed a vertical tooling frame on the platform for easy placement of large glass sheets. Two sockets were added on both sides of the vehicle body, allowing customers to fasten tightening ropes and secure the goods effectively. We also fitted high-quality rubber cushions on the platform to protect the materials.

The biggest advantage of this Transfer Trolley is its flexibility. It uses differential steering, with 2 universal wheels in the front and 2 differential wheels in the back, providing a small turning radius and 360° on-the-spot rotation. This enables it to meet handling needs in various space constraints, even in narrow passages.
