A metal processing customer in Hebei, specializing in the production of high-strength wire rods, has long faced problems of low efficiency and significant safety hazards when transporting heavy coils. With the continuous development of the industry, traditional forklift transportation not only carries the risk of material tilting but also has a low daily transfer capacity, seriously affecting overall production progress. To address this, our company customized a trackless transfer cart solution to improve their production logistics efficiency.
This transfer cart is powered by an advanced battery pack and can support 6–8 hours of battery life, meeting the customer's fast-paced, high-load workshop handling needs. Additionally, we adopted a modular design to facilitate later maintenance. Even if a fault occurs, the issue can be easily found without complicated disassembly.
Its load-bearing capacity and protection performance are also excellent. The high-strength steel frame ensures structural stability under rated load, while the non-slip rubber pads on the transfer cart platform reduce vibration damage during transportation, ensuring material delivery accuracy. Safety features include emergency braking, overload protection, and an emergency stop function, guaranteeing safe operation.
Currently, the material transfer cart has been running stably for 18 months and has become a key logistics component in the company's wire production process. Its adaptability and durability fully meet the special demands of industrial scenarios.
