100-Ton Heavy-Duty Trackless Flatbed Cart for Panel Transport

This 100-ton heavy-duty trackless flatbed cart was custom-designed for a large panel manufacturing plant, specifically for transporting large, multi-layered panels. The flatbed measures 7000 * 3000 * 1200mm, with a high-strength steel platform that ensures stability while supporting multiple layers of panels.

To meet the demands of heavy-duty transport, the cart is equipped with a high-capacity battery system, ensuring stable operation under prolonged high-load conditions. The battery system is not only efficient but also environmentally friendly, reducing energy consumption.

The heavy-duty transfer cartfeatures a hydraulic steering system, providing smooth and flexible maneuvering, even under heavy loads. This ensures safe and efficient transport. To further enhance safety, the flatbed is equipped with front and rear marker lights and a 180-degree sector-scanning radar. These safety features help operators maintain clear visibility in complex environments, effectively preventing collisions.
