10 Ton Trackless Transfer Vehicle for Port Charging Reel Transportation
This is a customized port project we successfully completed at the end of November. The client, from the port power industry, requested a customized Trackless Transfer Vehicle to transport two charging reels (weighing 5 tons and 3 tons, respectively) to enable power connection between the port's shore power system and the vessel.

--Project Background--
The port operating environment is unique, with strong winds, narrow channels, and complex ground conditions. Therefore, the client had higher requirements for the stability, safety, and adaptability of the equipment. The transfer cart needs to operate within the port area, connecting the shore power supply system on one end and the vessel on the other, making it a crucial component of the entire shore power system.
--Customized Solution--
To ensure safe operation in confined spaces and strong winds, we designed the platform with a recessed structure.
This structure effectively lowers the vehicle's center of gravity, improving stability when carrying two reels and reducing the risk of tipping over.
Furthermore, due to the tight project schedule, we strictly controlled every detail throughout the design, production, commissioning, and installation processes to ensure smooth delivery.
--Delivery and Follow-up Progress--
The 10-ton battery-powered transfer vehicle has successfully arrived at the customer's drum manufacturing warehouse and is currently being installed with drum components. Once installation is complete, it will be shipped to a Dutch port as planned for use in the shore power system.
