Remote-Controlled Electric Transfer Trolley for Steel Coil Handling

Today I'd like to share a recent project we customized for a steel coil factory.Our client, a major player in the stamping industry, uses various steel coils as their primary raw material. They were looking for handling equipment to transport steel coils between their production and storage areas and asked us to provide a suitable electric transfer trolley.

After assessing their basic transportation needs and operating conditions, we recommended our 10t DWP series coil transfer cart. Because the transportation route involves both indoor and outdoor areas, our trackless series was the most suitable option.

The most notable feature of this equipment is not our standard configuration—a fixed V-shaped frame on the platform to secure the coils. Instead, it uses an arched tooling frame on the platform that can move left and right to protect the material. This is primarily because the client transports coils of varying diameters, and this adjustable design offers greater flexibility and adaptability.

The transfer trolley is very user-friendly. Operators can easily control forward, backward, turning, starting, and stopping via a wireless remote control. It is simple to operate without any complicated procedures.

This remote-controlled transfer cart has successfully rolled off the production line and will soon be delivered to the customer's workshop. We are confident that this equipment will provide reliable support for the customer's material transportation needs. We will continue to follow up with the client to provide timely assistance.
