Industrial Rail Transport Trolley for Mold Workshop

The 3-ton rail transport trolley we recently exported is a customized solution tailored to the client's specific working conditions. The trolley features an innovative design – a raised platform equipped with 60cm-diameter cylindrical supports. This design effectively prevents molds from rolling and reduces the risk of potential collisions during handling, ensuring that the molds remain intact and undamaged.

The trolley runs smoothly along a pre-set track with high positioning accuracy, meeting the demands of continuous, high-frequency handling. Its cable reel power supply system supports long-term operation, ensuring production efficiency is maintained. 

Due to limited workshop space, the electrical control box is designed as an external unit, saving platform space and creating a more compact and rational overall structure. Operationally, the trolley can be flexibly controlled via an on-board handle or wireless remote, making operation simple and intuitive while reducing training requirements.
