30 Ton Heavy Duty Cable Reel Transfer Cart for Industrial Use

This is a customized transfer cart designed for a customer in the machinery manufacturing industry in Shanxi. It is primarily used for transporting large cable reels within the workshop. The customer contacted us through a peer recommendation, seeking a handling solution tailored to their actual production needs.

During our discussions with the customer, we learned that the transportation route for this cable reel transfer cart is relatively fixed, with a one-way distance of approximately 80 meters. Considering that the customer's workshop operates on a two-shift production schedule, traditional battery power would have been insufficient. To ensure uninterrupted 24-hour operation, we opted for a rail-powered 30-ton Rail Transfer Cart.

Since the transported reels are typically large in size and heavy in weight—and given their cylindrical shape—they can be difficult to secure during transit. To address this, we installed two rollers on the transfer cart's platform. These rollers not only help stabilize the materials but also allow them to slide, making loading and unloading easier with the customer's existing workshop lifting equipment.
