2 Ton Steerable Transfer Cart For Industrial Delivery

The following picture shows a 2-ton trackless transfer cart customized for a customer in Jiangsu. It is mainly used to transport small steel plates within the customer's workshop. After undergoing strict quality inspections and load functionality tests, the cart has been successfully delivered to the customer's workshop.

As per the customer's requirements, the cart is painted in a bright fluorescent green color, with reflective strips attached to all four sides of the platform. In the picture, the red protruding device is an anti-collision buffer column, which helps reduce impact force in case of accidental collisions with obstacles, ensuring the safety of both the equipment and the materials.

The standout feature of this steerable transfer cart, customized by Peisa Machinery, is its exceptional maneuverability. Due to its small tonnage, it utilizes differential steering—equipped with unpowered universal wheels at the front and differential-driven wheels at the rear. This design allows for a small turning radius and even enables 360° in-place rotation, making it ideal for confined workspaces.

We offer customers both wireless remote control and onboard handle control, allowing flexible operation based on actual needs. The remote control provides precise operation (forward, backward, turning, speed adjustment, and stopping) within a 50-meter range. Additionally, our product features a compact structural design and modular layout, simplifying future maintenance and troubleshooting while reducing maintenance costs for customers.
