15 Ton Trackless Transfer Cart for Pipe Hauling

Recently, we delivered a 15-tonTrackless Transfer Cart, uniquely designed for a Russian customer to transport various types of pipes. This solution primarily helps the customer efficiently move bundled pipes, as manual handling proves inefficient, and forklifts cannot transport such slender products. Since the overall investment cost of driven flatcars is too high, the customer opted for our product to optimize transportation.

Based on the customer's actual requirements and considering the particularity of the transported materials, we customized a 15-ton Pipe Transfer Cart. The key specifications are as follows:

1.The cart is powered by a 250Ah, 48V battery pack (16pcs), ensuring sufficient energy to meet the customer's mileage requirement of 4–5 km. Our maintenance-free batteries eliminate frequent servicing, reducing long-term costs.

2.Equipped with 400mm-diameter polyurethane wheels, the cart easily handles slightly uneven or raised surfaces in the workshop. Its flexible universal wheels enable unconstrained, agile maneuvering.

3.For this Battery-Operated Transfer Cart, we installed 5 detachable support frames on each side of the platform to secure pipes during transport. The frames can be removed to accommodate other materials.

4.With a total height of ~1.5 meters (700 mm support frame + 800 mm chassis), the compact design reduces shipping costs without compromising functionality.
