Four Customized Transfer Carts Delivered to Turkey

This project dates back to December—just before the New Year—when a client in Turkey requested four transfer carts While specific dimensions had already been established for three of the units, the fourth—a 10-ton coil transfer cart—required us to provide a recommendation tailored to the client’s specific coil specifications.

The requirements for this unit included a load capacity of 10 tons, with coils in the workshop measuring 2 meters in diameter and 1.25 meters in width. We recommended a platform size of 3500 mm × 2200 mm, equipped with a detachable V-frame fixture to secure the coils and ensure safe transport.

Ultimately, we supplied the client with four trackless transfer carts, detailed as follows:

3T: 5000 × 2000 × 500 mm

5T: 6000 × 2000 × 600 mm

15T: 7000 × 2500 × 650 mm

10T: 3500 × 2200 × 1500 mm

Last Saturday, the shipment was successfully transported to Qingdao Port and loaded into a 40-foot flat rack container The cargo is now awaiting its scheduled departure and will soon be en route to the client’s workshop to assist with their material handling operations.
