Successful Delivery of 4 Rail Transfer Carts to Jiangsu

We recently shipped four customized rail transfer carts from our manufacturing workshop to a large plastic coil manufacturer in Jiangsu. These carts will be used to enhance production logistics and are specifically designed for transporting plastic coils, meeting the customer's operational requirements with precision.

Considering the cylindrical shape of plastic coils and the need for stability during transport, each cart is equipped with a custom V-shaped bracket to secure the coils firmly. This design effectively prevents shifting and damage caused by vibrations, ensuring product integrity. In addition, based on the customer's factory layout and transportation distance, we supplied a 30-meter dedicated rail and a full set of accessories. The customer can install and arrange the track according to their production plan, offering flexibility to adapt to their workflow.

In terms of performance, the transfer carts use a stable and reliable rail-powered system, eliminating concerns about battery life and supporting 24/7 continuous operation. This ensures seamless compatibility with high-intensity production schedules. To enhance operational safety, high-strength anti-collision bumpers are installed at both ends of the carts, significantly reducing the risk of damage to equipment or injury to personnel.
