10 ton transfer trolley for transporting molds

This project is a product desighed by Peisa Machinery for a machinery manufacturing company in Hunan Province. It is primarily used to transport various molds. This 10-ton transfer trolley is electrically powered and equipped with a robust drive mechanism and a flexible steering system. It delivers excellent handling performance at the customer's transportation site and has become their main equipment for moving materials across workshops.

The customer primarily produces various types of excavator equipment. Traditional manual handling methods have low efficiency and significant safety risks, while forklifts cannot lift large molds. Using lifting equipment would involve excessively high investment costs. Therefore, the customer decided to purchase our product for efficient handling.

Stable Operation: The trolley uses hydraulic steering, ensuring smoother operation. Even when fully loaded, it maintains excellent handling capacity.

Safe and Reliable: With overload sensors, anti-collision buffer columns, emergency brakes, scanning radars, and autonomous obstacle avoidance devices, the safety of personnel and equipment during transportation is guaranteed.

Simple Operation: The operator can choose between two control modes—wireless remote control or onboard handle. The buttons are clearly labeled, and the transfer cart can be operated without cumbersome procedures.
