High-Quality Electric Transfer Carts Delivered to Korea

On Tuesday, three customized Trackless Transfer Carts for Korean customers were packed and shipped to Qingdao Port. This batch of equipment will be used to transport finished mechanical products in the customer's workshop.

Our customer specializes in industrial machinery processing and production. Due to the need for material transfer between workshops and different manufacturing processes, relying solely on manual labor is not only inefficient but also poses safety risks. As a result, they decided to adopt material handling equipment for transportation support.

These Electric Transfer Carts have a payload capacity of 10 tons and a platform size of 5000×2200×500 mm. They feature hydraulic steering, which relies on lateral push from hydraulic rods to drive the steering mechanism. Compared to our previous differential steering system, this design offers greater stability, enabling smooth material transportation even under full load. This ensures efficient handling operations in the customer's workshop.

Additionally, the carts are equipped with high-quality polyurethane wheels, which provide excellent grip and wear resistance, allowing for reliable operation on both indoor and outdoor surfaces. To ensure the safe transport of finished machinery, we have added removable protective baffles to the original design. This prevents material slippage or personal injury, even on slightly uneven or bumpy surfaces.
