30 Ton Coil Transfer Cart Delivered To Thailand

This project was completed for a customer in Thailand. Less than a month after the initial inquiry, the customer placed an order for a 30-ton Electric Transfer Cart from our company to transport coils within their workshop.


Main Challenges

1.Difficulty in efficiently transporting various types of metal coil materials within a limited production area. Traditional manual handling was time-consuming and posed safety risks. Workers were prone to fatigue, materials were easily damaged, and accidents could occur.

2.The factory layout was complex, with obstacles and narrow spaces in the passageways, making traditional rail transfer carts unsuitable. Additionally, the varying sizes and weights of the metal coils required a flexible solution to adapt to these changing needs.


After fully understanding the customer's specific needs and usage scenario, we customized a 30-ton trackless transfer cart for them. A unique feature is the V-shaped frame installed on the platform to prevent the coils from sliding, ensuring safer transportation and improved safety.
