Factory Testing of a 6-ton Trackless Transfer Platform

The 6-ton trackless transfer platform shown here is undergoing pre-shipment testing in the workshop. The process begins with a basic inspection, including checking the integrity of electrical connections and the overall structural stability, ensuring the equipment has a reliable foundation before operation.

Subsequently, we test all cart movements, including forward and backward travel, left and right steering, as well as on-the-spot turning, to ensure smooth and responsive operation.

Safety performance is also a key focus during testing. We verify the sensitivity of the infrared obstacle detection system to ensure the cart stops promptly when encountering people or obstacles. At the same time, safety features such as emergency braking and audible and visual alarms are thoroughly tested to ensure safe operation in real-world conditions.

Next, load and ramp tests are conducted. Based on the customer's actual requirements (such as the presence of ramps), we can make targeted adjustments to the motor power and reducer configuration to enhance climbing capability. Simulation tests are also carried out before delivery to ensure the equipment performance meets on-site requirements.

Regardless of the transfer cart’s tonnage or size, all units undergo commissioning in accordance with unified standards. We aim to ensure that every piece of equipment delivered to the customer operates in a stable and reliable condition, effectively improving material handling efficiency.
