Factory Testing and Commissioning of 5 Ton Industrial Transfer Cart

Recently, our company successfully completed full pre-delivery commissioning of an industrial transfer cart customized for a Dutch client. The equipment is soon to be shipped to the Netherlands for transporting LED equipment at an exhibition. This transfer cart features four-wheel steering to meet the unique requirements of exhibition venues, where frequent maneuvers and limited space demand greater flexibility than standard trackless transfer cartsoffer.

Our commissioning team conducted testing in phases. During the powertrain commissioning phase, the team focused on verifying the stability of the dual hydraulic drive system. By transporting a 5-ton stone pier to simulate full-load conditions equivalent to those of LED equipment, they tested starting, acceleration, and braking response to ensure uniform power output and compliance with the client's transport efficiency requirements.

Steering system commissioning was a key focus. Technicians conducted multi-angle steering tests to verify the stability of the four-wheel steering function. The measured minimum turning radius was 30% smaller than that of standard models, making the transfer cartperfectly suited for navigating the narrow aisles of exhibition venues.

The team also completed several core tests, including body balance testing, electrical system testing, and emergency braking testing, and simultaneously generated a detailed commissioning report.
