Production process
Body Material: Our Steerable Transfer Cart is constructed from 10mm-thick Q235 high-quality steel, which delivers excellent anti-deformation performance and can easily support loads of up to 30 tons of steel materials.
Welding Process: Utilizing advanced welding techniques by our skilled professional workers, we ensure optimal performance while maintaining a refined product appearance.
Assembly: Meticulous assembly by workers guarantees the stability of every component connection, eliminating safety risks caused by improper handling.
This transfer cart employs hydraulic steering. For Peisa Machinery's trackless transfer carts under 15 tons, we recommend differential steering, which offers a smaller turning radius for enhanced maneuverability. For equipment over 15 tons, hydraulic steering (similar to automotive systems) is used. While it does not support 360° in-place rotation, it maximizes operational stability and prevents risks such as tipping.
Whether your workshop features asphalt, rough concrete, flat, or slightly sloped surfaces, we can customize the transfer cart with polyurethane or rubber wheels to suit your needs. Polyurethane wheels provide superior wear resistance, while rubber wheels are ideal for transporting precision objects.
